Booth Fees and Requirements

Booth Fees:

Vendors: $15 per booth/per market

Non-Profits or Community Groups: Free!

Fees are for one 10’x10’ booth space per week. Discounts may apply for multiple booth spaces. Vendors are required to supply their own equipment including canopy tents, tables, chairs, etc.

Vendor Selection Priorities

  • Farmers: Products grown/raised/foraged locally (Oregon/SW Washington) by the vendor 

  • Food Artisans: Packaged products made by vendor(s) (example: pickled veggies, salsa, hot sauce, etc. Reach out to Market Manager at manager@rockwoodmarkethall.com for questions about products)

  • Hand crafted items such as jewelry, accessories, home decor, etc.

  • Beginning farmers and start-up businesses

  • Uniqueness of product, with small-scale, locally based production 

  • Precedence to BIPOC, immigrant and/or queer owned businesses within vendor category

**Please note, we are not seeking vendors selling prepared meals/food (canned or packaged food is acceptable!)

Step 1: Learn the Market Rules

Potential vendors should familiarize themselves with our Vendor Handbook. When applying to become a vendor, you will be agreeing to abide by the rules and procedures described in this document.

Step 2: Submit Your Application

Vendor applications will open February 1st, 2026! We will accept applications on a rolling basis and as applies to our priority list.

We use Marketspread to manage our vendor application process, day of market operations, and invoicing. In order to apply for our market, you will be required to create an account and establish a profile. Here are some tips and tricks for setting up your profile on Marketspread.

If you have any questions or issues that come up during the application process, please reach out to us immediately. We strive to eliminate barriers to our market so that new and underrepresented vendors can continue to participate!

Step 3: Approval & Additional Requirements

Once your application has been submitted, vendors can expect to hear back on acceptance within 3 weeks or sooner. We may also reach out to seek clarification on your application. Not all applications will be accepted.

Step 4: Attend Vendor Orientation

For the 2026 season, we will host a vendor orientation where everyone can get helpful information, ask important questions, and meet other vendors. Vendor orientation will be scheduled for mid-Spring. You will receive an e-mail invite when it is scheduled!
